1. What these terms cover
These terms apply when you buy the Tender Desk diagnostic for £149. The free readiness score on this site doesn't create a contract. How we use your data is covered by our privacy notice.
2. What the £149 diagnostic is
A one-off written report, sent by email, with two parts:
- A readiness report. It covers what buyers in your sector usually ask for (for example registration on the Central Digital Platform, policies, insurance, case studies, social value and a Carbon Reduction Plan), what you told us you already have, and what to fix first. It flags the mandatory questions and pass/fail items we find in the tenders we suggest.
- Up to 5 live tenders. These are taken from Find a Tender and Contracts Finder and match your sector, size and area as you described them to us. Each comes with its deadline and a short note on whether we think it's worth bidding for. If none fit, the report says so and explains why.
It is one payment, with no subscription and nothing that renews. There's no phone or video call. Questions are answered by email. We use AI to help prepare each diagnostic, and every one is checked before it's sent.
3. What it isn't
- It isn't a guarantee. Buyers decide who wins, and they score every bid against their own criteria. We can't promise you'll win a contract, be shortlisted, or that a tender will still be open when you bid.
- It isn't bid writing, and it isn't legal, procurement or financial advice.
- It reflects the date it's sent. Notices, deadlines and rules can change after that, so always check the buyer's own documents.
- We rely on what you tell us and on the public tender notices. If your answers are incomplete or wrong, the report may be too.
4. Delivery
We send the diagnostic by email within 5 working days of receiving your answers to a short form. We send you the form after you pay. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays in England.
5. Late? You don't pay
If we don't send your diagnostic within 5 working days of receiving your form answers, we'll refund the £149 in full to the card you paid with. We'll still send the diagnostic.
6. £149 credit towards the Tender-Ready Pack
If you buy our Tender-Ready Pack within 60 days of the date we send your diagnostic, we'll take the £149 you paid off the price of the pack. The credit applies once, to the business that bought the diagnostic, and can't be exchanged for cash. If the diagnostic was refunded under section 5, there is no credit to apply.
7. For businesses
The diagnostic is for businesses and other organisations, not for personal use. When you buy, you confirm that you're buying for your business and that you're authorised to do so.
8. Price and payment
The price is £149, paid once by card through Stripe when you buy. Any VAT we have to charge is shown before you pay.
9. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. We provide the diagnostic with reasonable care and skill, and as described in section 2. If it isn't, contact us and we'll put it right.
10. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability:
- for death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
- for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit or exclude.
Subject to that:
- we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, contracts, business, goodwill or data, including a bid that you lose or decide not to make; and
- our total liability to you for the diagnostic is limited to the price you paid for it.
11. What you send us
You keep ownership of what you send us. We use it only to prepare your diagnostic, as described in the privacy notice, and never for anyone else's bids. Please don't send passwords or other people's personal details.
12. Contact us
Email hello@yourevenings.com. We reply by email within one working day. Please contact us first if something goes wrong; most problems can be sorted out quickly that way.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
14. General
- If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- If we don't enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
- You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our agreement. We may transfer ours to a business that takes over the service, and we'll tell you if we do.
- No one else has rights under these terms.
- We may update these terms. Changes don't apply to a diagnostic you've already bought.
