We set it up and you approve actions at your own pace. We set it up so nothing goes to anyone else, or gets paid, without your OK.
Do I need my own Grok Bot plan?
Yes. You need your own Grok Bot plan, in your own account. The £750 doesn't cover your Grok Bot plan.
Do I have to get on a call?
No. It's all by email. We reply in writing within 1 working day.
What if I cancel before you start?
If you cancel before setup starts, we refund you in full. Once setup starts, there's no refund for that month.
What jobs can it do?
Office admin like the jobs in our list. Email us the job and we'll set it up and test it before it goes live.
What if a routine is missed?
Email us and we'll reply in writing within 1 working day. Each month we also run a tune-up plus a safety check of the connections.
Who gets access to my accounts?
We use only the access you connect, and only to deliver the service. You sign in and approve in your own account, and you can remove our access there at any time.
