Who we are

This website is run by Your Evenings Ltd, the data controller for any personal data described in this notice. We are a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 17185055, with our registered office at 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration reference ZC183075.

What we collect and why

This site has no accounts. Its only form is the optional email reminder on our free check, explained below. Apart from that, the only personal data we collect is what you choose to send us by email to hello@yourevenings.com, such as your name, email address and the contents of your message. We use it only to read and reply to your message and to keep a record of our correspondence. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. Our email is hosted by Zoho (Zoho Mail, EU data centre). Zoho forwards a copy of emails sent to hello@yourevenings.com to our Grok Bot inbox, which our AI assistant uses to sort mail. Cursor (Anysphere, Inc.), our AI assistant provider, and the AI model providers it uses hold that inbox and process information in the United States, and may process it in other countries outside the UK. Cursor's privacy policy says it requires an adequate level of data protection when it transfers information outside the UK.

We keep emails only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and keep normal business records. We don't sell your data or use it for marketing, and we don't share it except with the service providers named here or where the law requires it.

The one exception is the optional email reminder on our free check: if you ask for it, we store your email address as set out in the free check reminder privacy notice.

Hosting, logs and analytics

The site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. To serve pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data about each request, such as your IP address, browser user agent, the page requested and the time of the request. Cloudflare's handling of that data is described in the Cloudflare privacy policy.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies or local storage and does not track you across other websites; it gives us aggregate figures such as page views, referring sites, browser type, country and page load times. This site sets no cookies, uses no advertising or tracking cookies, and loads no other third-party scripts.

Our data tools

Our Apify Actors (data tools) process public business data only, such as company job listings, public store catalogues and official government feeds. When you run one, you do so through your Apify account, and Apify handles your account and billing data under its own privacy policy. We don't receive your payment details.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict or object to our use of it, or transfer it. To make a request, email hello@yourevenings.com. We will respond within one month, as the law requires.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or by phone on 0303 123 1113.

Changes

We'll update this notice if what we collect changes, and change the date at the top.
