Your EveningsTerms for the EU Product Identifier Check for Shopify
Effective from 23 October 2026.
These terms cover the EU Product Identifier Check for Shopify ("the Check"), a one-off data check sold by Your Evenings Ltd ("we", "us").
1. Who we are
Your Evenings Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17185055. Registered office: 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA. Email: hello@yourevenings.com.
2. Who can buy
The Check is for businesses only. By buying, you confirm you're buying for your business. It's for stores outside the EU that ship to EU consumers, and is sold only on yourevenings.com.
3. Price and payment
- $49 (USD), one-off, for up to 10,000 variants. No subscription.
- No VAT is charged, because Your Evenings Ltd is not VAT-registered.
- You pay $49 through a Stripe Payment Link, which shows the price in your local currency. We don't see your card details.
- Checkout asks for your store name and store URL.
- Over 10,000 variants? Email us first. We'll give you a quote before you pay anything.
4. What you send, and what we do
After paying, reply to our email, sent within 1 working day, with your Shopify product CSV export. A supplier code spreadsheet and your "Duties and import taxes" export are optional. We don't need your store login.
We check your SKUs and barcodes, gather the identifiers your own data supports, and flag the rest for you to confirm. We send back your-file-checked.csv, your-file-fix-before-import.csv, a customs handover file, a review summary, a change report, a "please confirm" list and a re-import checklist, as described on the Check's page.
We work only with the files you send. We don't contact your suppliers, buy barcodes or edit your store.
5. Our promise on data
Every value we gather is either sourced from your own data or flagged for you to confirm. We never make up a barcode, an HS code or a country of origin.
HS codes and country of origin aren't part of the Check. We leave existing values untouched and make no HS suggestions. If you send your duties export, we flag HS codes that are missing, shorter than 6 digits or not in the HS 2022 list.
6. Turnaround
We deliver within 2 UK working days (Monday to Friday) of receiving a complete file. If something in your file stops us, we'll email you the same working day, and the clock pauses until you reply.
7. Refunds and fixes
- Missed turnaround: a full refund if you ask within 14 days of the missed deadline, and you keep the files.
- Not useful to you: email us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. No forms.
- Our mistakes: if we got a value wrong compared with the sources you gave us, we'll correct the files free if you tell us within 30 days of delivery.
8. What stays with you
This is a data check, not legal or customs advice. We are not a customs broker.
You, and whoever lodges your customs declarations (your carrier, customs broker or IOSS intermediary), stay responsible for the declarations and the data in them. Please check the "please confirm" list, and import one product before the rest.
9. Liability
Our total liability for the Check is limited to the price you paid. We aren't responsible for customs charges, carrier fees, delays or penalties.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
10. Your files
We delete your files 30 days after delivery. This covers the files you send, the files we return and copies in our inbox. Our privacy notice at yourevenings.com/check/privacy explains how we handle personal information.
11. Changes and law
We may update these terms for future orders. Your order follows the terms in place when you paid.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.
