Free check reminder: privacy notice

Last updated 24 October 2026 · version fc-reminder-v1

This notice covers only the optional email reminder on our free quick check. Everything else is in our main privacy notice.

Who we are

Your Evenings Ltd is the data controller. We are a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 17185055, registered office 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA, ICO registration reference ZC183075. Contact: hello@yourevenings.com.

What we store

Only if you tick the box and press the button, we store:

We don't store your IP address, browser details or cookies with it, and we never receive your product file or your results: the check itself runs in your browser.

Why, and our lawful basis

We use your email address only to send you one email before 1 November 2026 about the EU product identifier rule for parcels sent to EU consumers, our free check and our $49 Check. Our lawful basis is your consent. We won't use it for anything else, and we don't sell or share it.

You can ask for the reminder until the end of 30 October 2026 (UK time). After that the box is removed from the free check.

Where it's kept and who can see it

Your address is kept in a Cloudflare D1 database set to store data in the EU. Cloudflare, Inc. hosts it for us as our service provider (see the Cloudflare privacy policy). The reminder itself is sent through our email provider, Zoho Mail (EU data centre). Nobody else sees it.

How long we keep it

We delete your address when you unsubscribe, or by 30 November 2026, whichever comes first. Deleted means removed from the list, not just marked.

Changing your mind

You can withdraw your consent at any time: use the unsubscribe link in the reminder email and press the button on that page, or email hello@yourevenings.com. Withdrawing is free and doesn't affect anything else you use on this site.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@yourevenings.com. Your full rights, and how to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, are in our main privacy notice.
